All three have stainless steel frame Gear S2 and S3 frontier have Gorilla Glass 3 whereas Gear S3 Classic is having Gorilla Glass SR+. All three are dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 mins) and does not support SIM, but only gear S3 classic and frontier are compatible with standard 22mm straps.
