Detail Comparison of LG V30 vs Note 8. Which is best and why?
LG V30 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8 are close competitors. Both devices are announced on August, 2017 and released on September, 2017. But there is a huge difference in specs. LG V30 cost $155.34 which is less expensive than Galaxy Note 8 costs $262.95. We have discussed in detail LG V30 vs Note 8.

LG V30 measures 151.7 x 75.4 x 7.3 mm (5.97 x 2.97 x 0.29 in) and weighs 158 g (5.57 oz) whereas Samsung Galaxy Note 8 measures 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.6 mm (6.40 x 2.94 x 0.34 in) and its weight is 195 g (6.88 oz). Both devices have glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), glass back (Gorilla Glass 5) and aluminum frame. Both are dust and water resistant.

Galaxy Note 8 has more RAM than LG V30. One variant of Note 8 have very large internal storage of 256 GB.

Conclusion:
LG V30 has a smaller display and lighter in weight; it has comparatively lesser storage and reduced sensors but it has upgraded OS and camera. Whereas Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a larger display, more storage and more sensors. From my point of view Galaxy Note 8 is worth buying.
